At THE HOUSE OF ARC, we take great pride in creating high-quality, custom laser cut and engraved products. Please take a moment to read our policy regarding refunds, returns, and replacements.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Due to the nature of custom and personalised items, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your order status is marked as “Processing.” Please ensure all names, dates, spellings, and design selections are correct before confirming your order.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on any order, including personalised products.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help! Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, and cover return shipping if required.

How to Request a Replacement

1. Email us at info@thehouseofarc.com.au with your order number.
2. Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
3. We’ll assess and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
