1. Custom & Personalised Products

All of our products are custom-made or personalised to order. By placing an order, you confirm that all spelling, names, dates, and design details provided are correct. THE HOUSE OF ARC is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Once an order is marked as "Processing," changes or cancellations are not permitted.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment must be received in full before production begins. We reserve the right to update pricing or discontinue products at any time.

3. Production & Turnaround

Our standard production timeframes are outlined on each product listing. These timeframes may vary during peak seasons. If you need an order urgently, please contact us before placing the order to confirm availability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We use trusted delivery services to ship your orders. Once dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control. THE HOUSE OF ARC is not liable for delays caused by postal services.

If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

5. Refunds & Returns

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy. Custom and personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production begins. No refunds are provided for change of mind.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of THE HOUSE OF ARC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs or images without written permission.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the ordering process is used solely for processing your order and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
